Bestiary - Final Fantasy 3

The bestiary in Final Fantasy 3 Pixel Remaster tracks all 225 enemies. 20 are missable and lock out at specific story events; a handful more are rare-spawn farms. Three trophies are tied to bestiary completion:

Field Research - Basic (10%, 23 entries)

Field Research - Advanced (50%, 113 entries)

Field Research - Professional (100%, all 225)

The 20 missable entries split across Castle Hein, the Floating Continent and Surface World seas, and Doga’s Grotto, with full breakdowns and sprites in Missable Enemies below (also covered on the missables page). The hardest non-missable farms (Crystal Tower’s rare dragons, King Behemoth, Aeon) are surfaced in Hard to Grind.

Each entry below highlights a Best Location, a curated location where you can reliably find that enemy following our walkthrough. The full encounter list with per-floor rates is shown beneath each name. Tap any entry to see full stats, weaknesses, and drops.

To check your progress in-game, open the menu and pick Bestiary. Enemies you haven’t fought show as ”????”. The 4x EXP boost doesn’t affect bestiary registration, so leave it on while farming.
